SPA Etiquette
Punctuality
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to check in, relax and enjoy some refreshments prior to your treatment. If you arrive late, you are depriving yourself of the full spa experience as your appointment will end at the scheduled time.
Cell Phone
In order for us to provide a quiet and tranquil setting and for the comfort of all our spa guests, cell phones are prohibited. If you need to leave your cell phone on, please keep it in silent mode.
Clothing/Valuables
Most services are best experienced with only under garments on, however if you wish to wear clothing for certain treatments, we suggest shorts for men and a bikini for women.  All jewelry must be removed prior to your service.
Consultation
Please provide all the information necessary in an honest manner. In some cases, conditions and/or medications may affect our ability to perform a requested service. For your safety and that of your therapist, open communication is a necessity.
Gratuities
Prices for services do not include gratuities. Generally, the appropriate range is 18-20% of the price of the service. For your convenience an 18% gratuity will be added to your bill. For exceptional service, feel free to provide a larger gratuity. If you were unhappy with your service, please let us know. Your satisfaction is our priority. Gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk and may be paid in cash  to the person that provided your treatment.
Special Events
Please inquire about hosting your next special event. Customized packages are available to help make your day memorable.
 
SPA POLICIES
 
-All Treatments are available during normal business hours, out calls are made by appointment only.
 
-Your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours prior (if applicable).
 
**We request the consideration from our guests to give a minimum of 72 hours notice in case of a cancellation or if you need to re-schedule. We reserve the right to charge anyone who does not give sufficient notice of cancellation or "no-shows" a 50% service charge and NO store credit issued for cancelling after 72 hours, you would have to pay deposit again to reschedule.
 
****For HOLIDAYS/VALENTINES DAY, Once appointment booked and deposit received if cancelled LESS than 5 business days before service date, NO credit will be issued and you may be responsible for up to 50% of service charge.****
 
-Returns/exchanges: All sales on products and services are final.
On deposits made NO REFUNDS only store credit issued if rescheduled or cancelled 72 hours prior to appointment. If cancelling or need to reschedule after the 72 hours a deposit will be collected at time of rebooking.
 
-Although we will give notice prior to increase in pricing, service prices are subject to change. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment.
 
-Services may be denied at discretion of management.
 
 
-Please respect the peace and serenity of our spa and arrange child care when planning your visit. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa area (unless its for a kids Spa Party)
 
Client confidentiality:
All information requested to perform services are kept private and confidential. This information is used only for any modifications in service necessary where it is medically indicated.
 
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Inquire with the front desk for gift ideas.
 
 
A credit card is required to make any spa appointments or reservations. Forms of payment accepted are cash, Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover card.
